Cristin offers private sessions and classes in prenatal and postpartum yoga (with or without baby), Excel & Celebrate for Women, restorative yoga, and Itsy Bitsy Yoga.

Yoga assures your body and mind are prepared for the birth, and afterward enhances bonding with your new baby, and helps you regain strength and maintain peace-of-mind. Practice yoga to ease labor and find ways to be calm, as well help manage life with a new little one and get back in shape.
Cristin is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher/Trainer, and an Excel & Celebrate for Women facilitator, with advanced training in Conscious Pregnancy© Yoga (prenatal and postpartum). She teaches hatha yoga as a Relax & Renew (Restorative Yoga) Trainer®, and is a certified Healthy Moms® Perinatal Fitness Instructor. She also teaches Itsy Bitsy Yoga® for new moms and their babies. For five years, Cristin owned Spiral Flight, Washington DC’s oldest yoga and healing center.
